Ostrander Rōst opened its doors on West North Street with a quiet conviction: that the best food comes from paying attention. We bake small batches every morning, source from farms we know by name, and arrange our shelves the way we would want to find them.

There is no rush here. The sourdough ferments slowly. The coffee is poured when you are ready. We have learned that good things — bread, community, trust — cannot be hurried.
